Pre registration is required at least 7 days prior to arrival

 

2 Easy to Follow Steps

Step 1 - Pay the property protection fee required to insure you against accidental damages in the home.  There is no need for a security deposit.  This insurance will cover you up to $1000 in accidental damages.  The fee is $97.70 per home.

Step 2 - Bypasss the office and standing in line - complete your rental terms and conditions in step 2 - adding your ID and card details on one secure platform.

Book pool heat - high chairs - baby cribs under the extras section on the site.

When the 2 steps have been processed you will receive an email confirming that everything is done.

24 hours before you arrive you will receive another email with all the details for check in - the full home address and all the codes you need to access the property along with important information and telephone numbers.  For the security of guests prior to you we do not issue addresses any further in advance - we are sure you can appreciate that we will not give anyone the information while you are renting the home.
