Allocation on Arrival
Our inventory of over 600 homes is priced based on allocation on arrival. This means that we do not actually select the exact home you will be staying in until 24 hours prior to arrival

This allows us to maximize each of the calendars in each house and its how we are able to keep our prices low.

You are guaranteed to be placed in at least the home type you have booked

​These are the same homes that you can book directly with owners and on other sites - but you will pay at least 50% more.
​Our aim is to keep our prices low to our guests and offer the same fantastic quality of homes !

All our homes are in the rental communities that surround Disney and will be no more than 30 minutes drive - it doesnt get much closer than this ! You can even book a specific location so you know which community you will be in

Why pay more for hotel rooms when you can rent a full home for so much less.
Simple Rates
Our rates are per home per night and include all the taxes. These prices when you break them down per person per night are the lowest rates you will find on any site.

A cleaning fee is added to each booking depending on the number of bedrooms. This fee is to clean the home after you check out.

You will pay a property protection fee of $97.70 when you register. That is not included in the rate we quote you. It is an additional fee that is collected on our registration site at homepreregister.com. There is no need for a high amount to be held on your card for a security deposit
Extra optional services can also be purchased on the pre registration site.

Pool heating is not included in your rental rate - most of the year in Florida the sun warms the pool and pool heat is not needed - however some people do prefer the water to be a lot warmer so we offer this option.

Spa heating is also not included in the rental rate and has to be purchased as pool heat on the pre registration site.
